In response to your feedback to the Threshold House Store we've made the first six releases in a series of twelve available in FLAC format from today.

For those of you unfamiliar with the FLAC format, FLAC encodes are superior in sound quality to mp3 and AAC. The audio is compressed without any loss in quality (similar to how zip works but with better compression for audio files). This makes FLAC's the highest possible quality for digital downloads. The file sizes are however on average roughly four times the size of the mp3/AAC versions.

We've also recently received a small number of copies of CDs by COH (Ivan Pavlov) and Black Sun Productions (Pierce and Massimo) which feature some of Jhonn Balance's last vocal performances. Also a Russian double CD compilation, dedicated to Jhonn, which features amongst others, a track by The Threshold HouseBoys Choir. Since these are very scarce now and we are splitting the profit with the Artists, these are priced at 15 pounds which is still considerably less than they will soon be on ebay.

We will soon be getting copies of cd repressings of "Musick to Play in the Dark I & II" as well as more COIL-ANS and "...ambulance", PLUS we are very excited to announce that we will be releasing official deluxe remastered CD versions of The Remote Viewer and Black Antlers, featuring additional tracks and materials.
